After too many requests for a version of our best-selling Exclusive Craftsman House Plan 73330HS with a master suite on the first floor we created this plan to satisfy the demand.
A wide foyer that is open to the second floor has a built-in bench and walk-in coat closet - wonderful features!
The open floor plan combines views of three rooms, from the dining room to the kitchen to the two-story great room.
The master suite has sliding door access tot he rear deck and a five-fixture bath with large walk-in closet.
The second floor gives you four bedrooms with two Jack and Jill baths and a large laundry room. An open space in the middle can be used to do homework or as an office or play space.
Finish the lower level and gain an amazing family room and games room and a 6th bedroom suite. Sliding doors in the game room access the back yard.
