  • This mountain (or lake) house plan has 670 square feet of outside space (470 square feet of porches and a 200 square foot deck) in addition to 3,344 square feet of heated living inside. 
  • A continuous vaulted space unfolds before you when you entre from the front porch with the kitchen in front open to the dining room which is open to the family room with fireplace in back. The back wall opens to the deck giving you the best of indoor and outdoor living.
  • The vaulted master suite has access to the screened porch with fireplace while the two guest bedrooms are in the walkout basement.
  • Rounding out the main floor, there is a sunroom with covered porch access in back and a home office in front.
  • The 95 ft. 6 in. width includes the optional detached garage with 533 square foot bonus above. The actual house footprint is only 47 feet wide.
